Where do you come from, where do you go?

Welcome to my Martial Arts Journey series here on Rhetorical Roundhouse. In an effort to celebrate and promote all the many schools, masters, and contributors who have put me int he position to create this blog, I'd like to use this series to recount just how I got here.

It's my hope that in sharing some of the stories about my training and education that you can reflect on your own martial arts journey. Feel free to share any relevant stories or connections as they come up.

Finally, I hope that this series can help me develop a more focused and refined vision of what I believe to be a worthwhile martial arts education so that I can help propagate that in future endeavors.
